Where we process data based on a balance of interests; you as the data subject shall have the right to object to processing of personal data taking into account the guidelines of Art. 21 of the GDPR.

Access Data

When you visit our Internet pages, personal data is processed in order to be able to display the content of the pages on your end device.

In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address of the end device you are using must be processed. Moreover, there is additional information about the browser of your end device.

We are also obligated by data protection law to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed by our IT systems.

For this purpose and from this interest, the following data is logged based on a balance of interests:

The IP address is deleted from all systems used in connection with the operation of these Internet pages after a maximum of 7 days. We can no longer create a reference to persons with the remaining data.

The data is also used to determine and to be able to rectify errors in the Internet pages. When necessary, additional information comparable to the above-mentioned data for the purpose of defense against attacks to our IT systems are collected here if applicable within the context of safeguarding our justified interests.

Contact Form

On our webpage, we offer a contact form wherein you can request information about our products or services or contact us in general. Furthermore, you can contact us via email. We have marked the compulsory fields that contain required data which you must answer in a request. Information for other data fields is optional.

We require this data to process your request, address you properly and to be able to send you a response. The data processing follows in the case of concrete requests relating to the execution of a contract or the contract initiation. In the case of general requests, the processing occurs based on a balance of interests.

We process requests that are submitted via the contact form on our webpage or via email electronically in order to answer your request. In this context, as the circumstances require, additional persons or departments and, where applicable, third parties receive knowledge from the contents of the form that you have sent.

The transfer of the data from the form via the Internet occurs through encrypted connections.

Newsletter

You can also subscribe to an email newsletter on our webpage. For this, we only process your email address in addition to the optional information in the respective form. However, this is also urgently required in order to be able to send you the newsletter.

To the extent that the contents have not already been concretely described in the individual case (e.g. in the context of the registration), the contents of the newsletter contain general information about our company, our products, services and other information related to our company.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Alternately, you will find a link to unsubscribe in each newsletter email.

Your consent is required for the sending of our newsletter. We usually obtain this through the so-called double opt-in process in which you will first receive a confirmation email. You must confirm this by actively indicating you declare your consent to the receipt of the newsletter. This is secured by a technical solution. Only then will you be added to the distribution pool. In order to comply with legal requirements regarding the registration conformation, we save the times of the registration and de-registration as well as the shortened form of the IP address. This retention is based on the interests of our authorized persons for the defense of claims and the proof of legal compliance to the sending of the newsletter.

Under the strict requirements of Art. 6 section 1 1f in conjunction with §7 section 3 of the Competition Act against Unfair Practices (UWG), the sending of the newsletter can also occur based on the interest of an authorized person in the context of direct marketing. In this case, you can object to the further receipt of the newsletter at any time whereupon it is indicated again at this point.

In order to be able to analyze the popularity of our newsletter and also be able to optimize it, we record if emails have been opened and links have been clicked. This analysis of usage ensues as a basis for a balance of interests. You can object to this processing by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
