CHA series chargers: Efficient battery charging for UPS systems

The EFFEKTA® Chargers offer a fast and gentle charging process based on the IUoU characteristic curve. This makes them ideal for charging lead-gel, lead-acid and lead-fleece batteries. This 3-stage constant current charging in professional quality charges batteries faster and more gently than comparable devices on the market, which significantly increases the lifespan of the batteries. With the IUoU characteristic curve, charging takes place with a constant current up to the gassing voltage. After a certain gassing time, the voltage is reduced to a trickle charge.
