Battery Analyze & Care System BACS: Optimization and monitoring for UPS batteries
The world-famous third-generation BACS "Battery Analysis & Care System" is the most innovative product on the market, which includes a battery monitoring and management system that can be integrated into the network. It cyclically checks the internal resistance, temperature and voltage of each individual battery. The protected equalizing / balancing voltage equalization process brings the voltage of all batteries to the target value set by the charge controller and keeps all batteries in the optimal operating voltage range. If a battery has noticeable deviations during a discharge / charge cycle, BACS automatically informs the responsible specialist personnel using freely configurable messages, optical and acoustic signals.
