• From now on, devices from the ES series are no longer available as exchange devices. If you want an ES device, we will supply a refurbished device. Your defective devices will also no longer be picked up by our pickup service.
• We will no longer repair devices from the ES series. We have made this decision in your interest. The increased price of spare parts would have forced us to raise the price of a replacement device or a repair to the level of a new device. If you would like to continue to place your trust in us, we ask you to use this form to repair a device from the ES series. KS series or KS-5 series to order. Devices of the KS series or KS-5 series are compatible with devices in the ES series. Only the wall bracket and the plugs need to be replaced. These, as well as y-adapters for devices in the KS-5 series, are included with the new devices. These are new devices that are state-of-the-art. We offer these devices at a very attractive price.

• We also ask customers who still want a warranty claim or a refurbished ES device to continue to use this form.
• 1) A warranty claim can only be made if the device was replaced by us within the last 12 months and you have received a receipt from us.
  2) You have a certificate issued by us that proves the warranty extension by our company.

You will receive an order confirmation. The device will leave our premises immediately with a delivery note.

Warranty extensions without these documents will not be accepted by our company. In this case, the submitted form will not be processed.
